Hi, I am Faye Casement

Owner and Coach of the Triple-A-Way™ - Your Life, Your Weight Loss, Your Way!    

I have lost over 70b with a power combo of life coaching and intuitive 'style' eating and now teach and coach other women the techniques, so they can too.    

I am a Certified ICF Accredited Life Coach, having trained with Thriving Coach Academy to ensure I bring the best quality coaching to the Membership as well as my personal experiences with weight loss so I can guide and mentor you through your life and weight loss journey.    

I am just a regular Mum of 1 and ex-Yo-Yo dieter. I know how hard weight loss can be but I also know how rewarding it feels when you have cracked it!

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

It is for any women who wants to lose weight in a sustainable way.  It is particularly for those who are sick of yo-yo dieting.  Women who want to get a handle on their weight loss once and for all and realise that mainstream diets have not been working for them and perpetuate the problem.

Your body was designed to give you signals to tell you when to eat and when to stop.  You have just forgotten how to use them after years of overeating and dieting and the same old cycle.  The methods are based around intuitive style eating which means you never have to count a calorie or point again.  You can simply use your natural resources.

It is true you need to be in a deficit to lose weight but traditional calorie counting, points-based systems and elimination diets take it to an extreme which is a) often not necessary b) confusing c) not accurate.

5 - 10 minutes as a general rule but if you can spend a bit more it could help.  The program can help you find more time if you need it but certainly you would not need more than the same time it would take you to watch something on Netflix or to scroll Facebook.

Not going to lie there may be times when you will want to.  This is life and there will be ups and downs but this is where having access to the coaching comes in.  If you follow the program and reach out for support I can help you to keep it simple and ditch the old diet rules so you will not want to quit as you find freedom.
