Hello Hello Hello, I'm Faye Casement, your go-to gal for women who are looking to embrace a life filled with love, food freedom, and waving goodbye to the drama of diets. 🎉

My purpose is all about empowering you to transform your relationship with food, from the inside out, and achieving lasting well-being, with or without the focus on 'weight loss'. You see, I've been on that roller coaster of diets, battled the mental and emotional struggles, and felt the pressure of chasing perfection, just like many of you.

But guess what?

Everything changed when I crossed paths with my mentor and discovered the wonders of life coaching and now Belief Coding®️. I realised that taking care of our health and well-being doesn't mean living in a world of restrictions and guilt. It doesn't mean giving up your favourite foods or constantly counting points and calories.... yippeee 🍔🍰

No, it's so much more than that!

It's about understanding the "whys," "whens," "hows," and "whos" of your relationship with food. It's about the beautiful puzzle of life and food and how they fit together. like a jigsaw.🧩

Through my experience and teachings, I've crafted the 'Triple-A-Way™️ Food & Life Freedom Method.' It's a holistic, coaching centered belief shifting approach that nurtures your body, mind, and soul for long-lasting well-being and a whole new perspective on food that you won't get from traditional diets. 💪

And guess what else?

It's absolutely fine to want it all! 🙌

We can be healthy at every size, accept ourselves unconditionally, AND work on improving our relationship with food. I'm all about guiding you on a journey to break free from diet culture, kick self-doubt to the curb, and embrace self-love that extends far beyond the scale.
