I am Faye, Founder and Coach of the Triple-A-Way™ Weight Loss Program.

From my own journey and that of the women I help it is clear life, weight and wellness all connect together like a jigsaw.  

2 years ago I was probably where you are now.

Overweight, struggling to find purpose, my physical and mental health suffering as a result.

But then life changed!

I found a way to lose weight for good with the help of life and weight loss coaching.  

In doing so I had a surprise!

Although I started my journey looking for weight loss I found so much more...

What I found out...

Firstly, a simple and doable method of losing weight that means the weight has gone for the rest of my life!

I have lost over 70lb and I eat all the food I love!

There is no counting calories, macros, points, taking magic pills or potions I simply and easily re-taught myself to trust my mind and body the way it was designed to work.

The real shocker though...those same weight loss methods help to figure out other life areas too!
